By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service. If you have any questions regarding these terms, please feel free to contact me.Payment & RefundI expect full payment upfront. However, if there is a queue payment shall be received only once I have started working on your commission piece.As of this time I can only take USD payment through PayPal. If you know of other/better methods please let me know and I will look into it.If, for any reason, I cannot do your commission, you will be refunded in full. But, if I have already started work on your commission piece and you decide you no longer want it, you will get either a partial refund or no refund depending on how much % of the work is already done.
Do's and Dont's
Will Do:
Just about anything tho my fortes are: animals, anthro/furries, monsters, demons, mlp ponies, humans/humanoids, and simple backgrounds.
I will draw NSFW but it might be extra depending on how complex it is. (You must be 18 years or older to commission this.)
Candy Gore. (Basically colorful gore that may or may not involve food themes.)
Non-violent fetishes. (Ex. Light bondage, Shibari, Collars, Macro/Micro, etc.)
Won't Do:
Anything to do with hate groups. (Ex. Nazis, KKK, Proud Boys, TERFS. I'm not giving any of them the time of day.)
Anything involving realistic gore, especially in a sexual setting. (I can't stand seeing realistic blood, makes me queasy.)
I won't draw minors in sexual situations. (This includes lolis/shotas/cubs! I don't care if they're a 1000 year old vampire, all characters must look and be over 18.)
Incest.
Rape/Non-con. (Consensual Mind Control, Drug Use, etc that might be considered dubious are an exception.)
Anything involving Scat/Pee/Diapers.
Anything involving beatings or extreme humiliation.
Anything involving sissification or de-transition.

General Stuff (Rights, Edits, Reposting/Uploading, etc.)I reserve the right to accept your commission work, this means if what you want me to draw is something I am not comfortable with or I am generally not comfortable to do business with you I can refuse to work on a commission for you.I own the art and you own the characters. This means any and all commissioned work is for non-commercial use only unless a for-profit use was agreed upon prior to starting the commission.By commissioning Not Safe For Work material from me you are agreeing that you are 18 years or older. Please do not commission NSFW from me if you are a minor, I will not accept this work and you will be blacklisted and blocked.Please be aware that I am free to post or not post my work unless stated otherwise (By either you or me) before the commission is done.Once your commission piece is done you are free to post it as long as credit is given.Once the commission piece is done I will only do small changes without a fee. This means that if there is a change you want , please let me know before the work is done. Otherwise you WILL be charged a fee for the changes.However, an error made by myself, like forgetting a symbol or incorrect eye/hair color even tho they are specified in the reference, will not be charged and I will fix it asap! Bear in mind, depending on the scene or mood of a piece, the colors of the characters can vary slightly and might not be 1 to 1 with the reference.
